Matthew Beverly joined Marcus & Millichap in November 2018 as an agent in training with the Beatty Standley Group, quickly moving to junior agent. In 2022, Matthew earned the title of Senior Broker. Matthew focuses on multifamily properties as part of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Matthew spent eight years in the construction industry at Monarch Construction and Roofing in Colorado. At Monarch, Matthew earned the distinction of top salesman in 2014 and regularly exceeded industry profit standards by 10-15%. In January 2017, Matthew transitioned from his role as VP of Sales into Commercial Division President at Monarch, overseeing the commercial and multifamily divisions throughout Colorado. Matthew’s diverse positions within Monarch and previous multifamily knowledge allowed for a natural transition into his current role. Having negotiated contracts, established long lasting client relationships, launched new business endeavors, and worked across many markets in Colorado, Matthew brought a unique perspective to the Marcus & Millichap team.
With the Beatty Standley Group, Matthew focuses on Colorado markets outside of the Denver MSA, including Colorado Springs and Northern Colorado. As an associate, Matthew approaches each client and transaction with a consultative view, advising clients each step of the way. Matthew offers a data and analytics-based strategy that allows clients to excel in investment decisions. Additionally, Matthew prides himself on the relationships he creates with clients, making himself available to every individual for all research or transaction concerns throughout the entire ownership process. With his focus on relationships, Matthew is then able to tackle each transaction with confidence in his knowledge of clients’ long-term business goals.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Old Dominion University. Originally from Virginia Beach, Matthew moved out to Colorado in 2011 where he earned his real estate license in 2018.
