Derrian joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 as the Denver office’s Front Desk Brokerage Administrator. As the first person to greet guests, Derrian ensures that each client’s visit exceeds expectations. Derrian not only oversees the front office, but she also processes a high volume of deals and plays an integral role in many of the office’s other administrative functions from recruiting to event planning.

In December 2017, Derrian became the office’s first administrative staff person in over five years to complete the firm’s intensive training requirements to become a front desk-based Certified Agent Support Specialist (CASS). In 2021, Derrian became the Denver office’s Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees all office operations, including brokerage staff management, onboarding, agent support, facilities and resource management, employee training and development, recruiting, and events.

Derrian received a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Retail Management from the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Derrian gained valuable office support experience as an administrative assistant at Steve Madden, where she was responsible for a variety of the office’s clerical and administrative duties.
